• Reports and briefings
• Engagement opportunities and introductions
• Events and discussions

All services are provided for informational and business insight purposes only.

3. No Advice; No Guarantees

DCS content is not financial, legal, investment, or professional advice.

• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness
• We do not guarantee outcomes, deals, or business results
• Any decisions made based on DCS content are your sole responsibility

4. Accounts and Access

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

DCS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

5. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled.

b. Payments

All fees are due in accordance with agreed terms

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

6. Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions

All content provided by DCS, including signals, reports, data, and analysis, is the property of DCS

You may:

Use content internally for your business

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publish content externally without permission
• Resell, license, or commercialize DCS content
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

7. Engagements and Introductions

DCS may facilitate introductions between parties.

• DCS is not a broker, agent, or intermediary in any transaction
• DCS does not guarantee any deal, relationship, or outcome
• Any agreements between parties are independent of DCS

8. Communications

By using DCS services, you consent to receive communications from us, including:

a. Email

Account updates, insights, reports, and event communications.

b. Phone

Support, account-related outreach, and engagement discussions.

c. SMS / Text Messaging

We never automatically enroll you in SMS communications.  You must opt in through the Signals Portal. If you opt in through the Signals Portal:

• You may receive account updates, alerts, and notifications
• Message frequency varies
• Message and data rates may apply

You may:

• Reply STOP to opt out
• Reply HELP for assistance
• Manage preferences within your account portal

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt services
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

DCS reserves the right to restrict access for violations.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of DCS services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
